It's Not Over Yet Folks...

With the implosion of the NAF, many turned their backs thinking this is now yesterday's news.  Well that is not the case. Here are some items sure to keep this issue hot for some time.

NAF is laying off, shutting down the biggest parts of their operation.

Some of the scam collectors such as PRA, Phillips & Cohen, Mann Bracken, NCO may attempt to collect on NAF awards. Contact me for referral to a consumer law professional. My advice, based on these events is that no one should pay another cent on anything associated with any arbitration award or the collectors in on this scam.
